The five year plan
Content is cheap now. Distribution is everything.
AI collapsed the cost of making content, so making it is no longer the hard part. Getting it seen is. We build many, many distribution systems: a hundred channels in five years, each one an audience we can reach every day and a business built on top of it.

@kizebaeKize Challenge and learningAnyone can make content now. Almost nobody can distribute it.

Distribution systems, many of them
We are building many, many distribution systems: channels, clip pipelines, shorts engines and cross-platform publishing that puts content in front of the same audience every single day. AI is the engine underneath, but distribution is the asset we are actually building.

AI runs 80% of the pipeline
Research, scripting, editing, thumbnails, clipping and scheduling all run through AI. The other 20% stays human on purpose: taste, judgement and final sign-off. Human in the loop, always, because that is what keeps the work good.

Capitalise every audience
Once the distribution works, monetising is the easy part. Every serious audience keeps asking for the same tool, so we build it with AI in days, run it forever, and split the company with the creator fifty fifty.
Why 100 channels, and why now.
Because distribution is the scarce asset now
AI made the supply of content infinite, so attention got more valuable, not less. Owning a system that reaches the same audience every day is worth more than any single video, and it compounds.
Because 80% of the process is automatable now
Research, scripts, voice, edit, thumbnail, clips, scheduling and analytics all have an AI system behind them. The remaining 20% is human in the loop: a person makes the taste calls and signs off. That mix is what makes one hundred channels a real operation and not a slogan.
Because monetising it is a rare, short window
Build cost is near zero, distribution is still free and audiences still pay for software. That gap will close. Until it does, every channel we run can be turned into a subscription business, and a hundred shots beat one.
80% automated. The last 20% is human.
AI runs research, scripting, production and distribution around the clock. People stay in the loop for the calls that actually decide whether a channel works: what to make, what to cut and when to ship. Automation gives us volume. Humans keep the taste.
Research and scripting
Trend and comment mining feeds an AI writer trained on the channel's voice, so briefs and scripts arrive already on brand.
Production
Voice, b-roll, generated scenes, edit and thumbnails assembled automatically. A human approves, they do not assemble.
Distribution
One recording becomes long form, shorts, carousels and a newsletter, scheduled across platforms without anyone touching an upload form. This is the part that matters most.
Monetisation
Analytics and comments feed straight into product decisions, then the AI tool the audience keeps asking for gets built and billed.
Real videos, real channels.

Every niche is another distribution system.
Some formats run on real footage, some are fully generated. What they share is the system behind them: AI does the volume, a human keeps the standard, and the distribution compounds.
Fully AI generated channels
AI presenters, generated scenes and synthetic b-roll, scripted and assembled by the pipeline. A person reviews every upload before it goes live.
Challenge and learning formats
I tried it for 30 days formats that people finish and share. High retention by design, and easy to clip into a week of short-form.
Faceless explainers
Motion graphics explainers in finance, health and tech. No camera, no crew, and the format works in every language we point it at.
